Fundamentals of Coaching
The Fundamentals of Coaching is a short, profound dive into how to bring out the best in others. It is a course for aspiring coaches and for anyone who works with other human beings. We believe that every person should take this course.

The sessions, like those in all the courses at The Hornick School of Coaching, are active and engaging.
Becoming a Coach Program
The Becoming a Coach Program prepares participants for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coaching certification.
The program includes about 81 hours of live learning sessions, clinical work with coaching clients, personal and private mentor coaching, and observed coaching sessions with critiques. Students also spend about 14 hours taking in recordings between classes. These are mostly recordings of master coaches coaching.
Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Coaching or approval of instructor
